Shipping policy
Please contact us on 9248 5008 before placing an order if you have any questions / potential issues with delivery, and we will do what we can to help.
Product Availability
Please be aware that there are some items that are not on hand and will need to be back ordered and we cannot guarantee the advertised price. We will get in touch with you if there is a price change. In this case there is a typically 2-3 day delay, providing that the supplier has them on hand in WA. If the product is outside WA there may be a 7-10 day delay. If you require your order immediately, please call us and check availability prior to ordering.
Damaged in Transit
Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If the damage is only found upon unpacking, then please contact us as soon as possible.
Not as Advertised / Incorrect Item
If your order arrives and it’s not what you ordered, please contact us or the online support team via our contact page.
Pricing / Product Errors
Whilst we make every effort to ensure correct pricing and product info – we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of pricing errors (or for any reason).
Faulty Product
Please contact us as soon as possible. Store contact details can be found on your order confirmation email. We will need to assess whether the fault is a major or minor fault and will either arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced. Some manufacturers require us to send fault items to them for assessment before we can give you a replacement.
Collect in store or Delivery?
You can opt to have your order delivered or, if you prefer not to pay for delivery, you can collect it from us directly at 1 / 19 Kent Way, Malaga WA 6090.
After you receive your 'ready to collect' email, you'll need to bring your driving licence or other government issued photo ID to the store, and if you paid by credit card, the credit card used to make the purchase. The name on licence must match the name on the card and the name on the order. The store may take a copy of your driving licence, this is to help prevent credit card fraud and will be kept temporarily. After a short period it will be destroyed.
Free Delivery
Most purchases over $250 are included in free delivery, however some are excluded as follows:
- Orders and/or items under $249.
- Orders and/or items that are deemed bulky, large or heavy.
- Orders that include or items that are classed as dangerous goods.
Remote areas are excluded from free delivery and you will either be charged delivery at checkout or may be contacted prior to delivery to confirm delivery charges if necessary.
Precision Laser Systems reserve the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time.
Dangerous Goods
Items that are deemed as dangerous goods are not able to be delivered at all and only Click & Collect will be available for those products.
Authority To Leave
We are unable to offer the "Authority to Leave" option, therefore if you are not home when your item is due to be delivered, it will be taken to your local Post Office, or courier depot, depending on what option you choose at checkout, and you will be able to collect at a later date.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products in your basket. We use a combination of different couriers in order to provide you with a fast and affordable service.
Delivery Locations
Precision Laser Systems can deliver anywhere in Australia. Unfortunately international delivery is currently not available. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Aus Post Parcel Collect Addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
If you opted to collect in store you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for collection.
If you opted for delivery, you will receive an email and SMS (If mobile details were at the time of order) when the goods have been despatched to the couriers with details so you can track your order.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-7 business days, except for any orders that include Special Order items. In the event of a delay to the despatch of your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.
Once the order has been despatched the estimated delivery time is as follows:
Perth Metro 2-3 business days
WA Regional Areas 3-4 business days
Interstate 5 - 7 business days
Remote Areas 6-9 business days

Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email from us or our logistics partner, containing a tracking link for your order.
Should you have any questions about your order once it has been despatched please contact the courier directly as supplied in your tracking link.
Please note: some couriers utilise independent contractors & 3rd parties for remote areas, the tracking updates may fail to update although the goods are still in transit.
Receiving your order
Australia Post and Courier deliveries occur Monday - Friday between 9am-6pm. Unfortunately we cannot currently arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends. If you are not home when the delivery driver arrives they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange your delivery. All orders must be signed for and ID may be required upon delivery.
If you are not present when the courier drops of the package, then they may drop a collection card in your mailbox to either contact for a redelivery or pick up at a collection point close to your address such as newsagency, local supermarket and for Australia Post, typically your closest post office.
